Premier League club Arsenal have been hit with a serious blow as first choice goalkeeper Petr Cech is set to be sidelined for a month after suffering a calf injury at West Brom.

The former Chelsea stopper was forced off in the encounter in the first half before the Gunners went on to lose the tie 3-1 on Saturday, March 18.
Scan has however revealed that the 34-year-old Czech professional footballer will be out of action for a minimum of four weeks.
It means embattled Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will be without his first choice goalie in a must win Premier League clash against Manchester City at the Emirates stadium on April 2, 2017.
Cech is also facing a battle to be fit for the FA Cup semi-final against Pep Guardiola’s side on April 23 which is Arsenal’s last chance of a trophy to salvage their season.
Meanwhile, David Opsina who replaced Cech and conceded two goals at the Hawthorns will deputize despite still being keen on leaving the Emirates this summer.
The Colombian international has become frustrated due to his lack of games this term and has only featured in the FA Cup and Champions League this season
