Shelden Gibbs founded his company, Classic Knots, last year when he was only 10 years old after noticing that there were limited designs of bowties in the market.
With the help of his mother, he personally designs and sews at least five bowties, neckties or matching handkerchiefs per day.

Shelden's mother, Rhonda Woods, is teaching him to be patient: "I teach him the first couple of years, you won't see this significant profit. But as long as your product is becoming better and your customers are happy, eventually your hard work will pay off."

Now Shelden is demand for his designs increase as his accessories line grows into the mainstream fashion market. He is therefore looking to hire a few employees to help him cope with the demand.

For the young CEO, the sky is the limit.
